Configure alacritty shell, expand tmux config, and add bash prompt

- Alacritty: auto-attach to tmux session on launch
- tmux: full config with pane/window styling, TPM, and keybindings
- bash: add Powerline-style git-aware prompt via dotfiles/bash_prompt
